This was a varied role withing a highly reputable and professional Winery. As pass manager I took control prioritizing and organizing all incoming and outgoing orders; I used effective communication skills to allocate tasks to members of staff to ensure a smooth operation. Table service required excellent customer service skills; I often attended to very influential people developing my confidence dealing with all levels of management within the organisation. Management received a notice of appreciation from the CEO regarding my personable and professional demeanor.
