Executive Support Manager

HIGH IMPACT EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
Complex calendar management for internal and external meetings.
Manage travel.
Expense reporting.
Strategic planning and partnership with executive.

OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Drive business operations for a team of 2500 full-time employees. (FTE)
Forecast, manage and drive an operating budget in excess of $4M.
Manage large scale events and meetings. (1700+ FTEs)
Facilitate org-wide facility moves and reshuffles.
Align senior management and stakeholder priorities to a shared vision.
Prepare correspondence, organization communications and presentations.
Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other divisions across Microsoft.

PARTNERING & COLLABORATION
Partner with Senior Executives EA's across all businesses including EA to CEO.
Partner with external Executive EA's.
Build cross-functional relationships with key partners internally and externally.

MORALE & CULTURE CULTIVATION
Cultivate a culture that promotes innovation, motivation and creativity.
Drive up morale through specialized events and activities.
Front line awareness of team health and implement activities or programs to maintain or stabilize
the health of the organization.

LEADERSHIP
Lead, mentor and develop business support team; provide guidance in the use of resources and
relationships to navigate through complex and challenging situations.
Assign Core Priorities in alliance with supporting manager.
Contribute to performance assessment, training, and career development plans.
