I started as a busser and within two months had moved up to meat server and finally To the grille master position. This title entailed cooking meat, serving meat, and prep work such a s cutiing and skewering meat. At my time with this company I also filled in for the dishwasher on many occasions. In this postion i was awarded a supervisor role over the meat servers as well.

I worked different positions as a crew member such as drive thru, front counter, cooking. I also did closing duties such as cleaning and washing dishes. In this position I used my superior customer service skills to meet goals set by myself and management to provide the best experience for our customers.
