● Key interface between the client’s management team & Uureka and dedicated to effectively managing and developing key client relationships.
● Solve client incidents/problems and actively manage client case queue
● Document all client interactions and trainings in company’s system

● Responsible for client communications where informative in nature
● Responsible for managing / organizing events and training projects, along with handling corporate communications

● Key role in working in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Training Coordinator and the rest of the team on planning campaigns and reporting on how effective strategies and campaigns have been; also ensuring campaigns run as per deadline and on budget allocation
● Key role in utilizing and coordinating market research activities which support and grow the business and augment company’s revenue along with establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts
● Instrumental in maintaining cordial relations with customers strengthening benevolence in the market to increase business profits and maintain business continuity
