* Managed over 25 individual and family foundation portfolios of gifts ranging from $5,000 - $100,000
* Identified current and prospective donors by creating individual cultivation, solicitation and stewardship moves management plans to increase annual giving
* Conducted monthly meetings of the New York Region's Development Committee providing agendas and progress reports on the status and needs of the annual campaign
* Lead the New York Regional Board's annual nominations process
* Spearheaded and re-designed the management structure of the leading affinity group of the New York Region
* Produced two annual special events for approximately 300 people per event
* Organized cultivation receptions and meetings for supporters and prospects in Manhattan

* Increased giving by 60% from 2011 to 2013, through individual solicitations and special events
* Expanded number individual donors by 15%, through engagement of new donors and re-establishing relationships with lapsed supporters
* Oversaw and implemented the merging of the New York Region's emerging philanthropy leadership programs and events, establishing the Next Generation Philanthropy Community
* Simultaneously managed two executive boards implementing a new executive leadership structure
* Composed a strategic plan which identified vision, mission and expectations for leadership by enumerating goals and benchmarks to achieve programmatic and fundraising success

• Raised over $1 million for Jewish National Fund projects and programs
• Managed over 150 unique donor accounts annually
• Produced two flagship events per year attracting an average of 450 people per event
• Secured individual and corporate sponsorship for the events, enhancing ability to produce on budget
• Organized small receptions for up to 60 people per reception
• Conducted prospect research, grant writing and grants management
• Conducted extensive research, donor data assessment and program evaluation to develop a new platform for industry based donor reengagement and programming
• Strengthened donor relationships through meetings, phone solicitations, and emphasizing personal attention through handwritten notes and letter writing campaigns

New Generation Philanthropy
• Identified a need for a new youth philanthropy division targeting individuals 22 – 40 by listening to interested peers, resulting in the first chapter, branded as JNFuture, for over 100 year old organization, Jewish National Fund
• Implemented multi-tier development structure emphasizing giving, personal connectedness, leadership accountability and program ownership
• Increased giving from new demographic, from less than $10,000 to over $450,000 over a four year period
• Oversaw the expansion of JNFuture from one chapter in New York City to eight chapters nationally, including Los Angeles, Boston and Chicago
• Spearheaded the first youth philanthropy leadership mission to Israel, the JNFuture Leadership Institute Mission, for 24 individuals and 1 mentor nationwide
• Raised over $80,000 from established donor base and mission participants
• Created entire mission format, content and schematics from concept to execution
• Managed entire selection and interview process for 78 candidates nationwide
• Identified and assigned appropriate interviewers to ensure fit and follow through
