Global Design Brand Marketing Project Manager

Manage global projects and provide strategic directions for global design initiatives
Manage global design projects for FUZETEA and Global Dairy Initiative
Supports and stewards brand architecture and product portfolio strategies
Leads design resources (internal/external) in the development of primary and secondary packaging to establish a winning retail shelf presence for the category and responsible brands
Leads agency selection process and resource allocation and may serve as lead contact, where appropriate
Leads packaging creative reviews and develop recommendations based on agreed upon creative strategy and design brief
Observes design, aesthetic and color trends in the marketplace among competition on a regular basis
Collaborates with marketing, project management, packaging engineering, print production, legal and other functions through the design and packaging development lifecycle.
Direct liaison with project stake holders and work closely with senior leadership
Develop design strategies for potential new clients
Develop design strategy and manage projects for Diet Coke campaign, new VIS development
Develop and manage new VIS for Adult Sparking projects
Provide marketing and strategic recommendations for projects
