User Operations- Content Moderation

- Provide email based customer support on account information, listing updates and general user and business related questions.
- Review flagged content and evaluate against content guidelines and terms of service
- Assist with investigating site quality issues and communicate with engineering for product control
- Administer site data, including listing information and user accounts
- Assist in training new hires to set a standard on quality control and increase productivity
