Being part of the Gregg's team i was required to provide excellent customer services; whether i had to work in a group or single handedly, i done this by serving on the till or directing customers to certain products. With this i had to also prepare the sandwiches of a morning and throughout the day cook the bakery foods and serve customers, i was also asked to help the shop promote offers and tell the customers about them to increase sales.
Other duties of mine consisted of being on wash up duty, and maintenance of the restaurant area such as cleaning the tables. I was also provided with the responsibility to close the shop and make sure it was locked and clean for the next day.
