Responsible for all duties assigned to an undergraduate assistant, as well as additional team leader responsibilities.
I am responsible for a team of six undergraduate assistants, their schedules, grievances, and monthly evaluations. I serve as a contact point for the undergraduate assistants when they need support on a phone call. Additionally, I serve as the personal grader for the Assistant Dean during semesters in which she teaches courses.
