General bar duties, setting up at the start of the shift and cleaning down at the end of the night, serving drinks for customers in the restaurant and bar, collecting glasses, loading the machine and setting them back on the shelves, setting up tabs and sorting payments, stock taking.
Commis duties, clearing and re-laying tables ready for customers, helping waitresses by carrying out meals to the tables for them, helping with food and drinks orders, helping out on bar if it's a busy night.
Kitchen duties, general pot wash duties, loading pot wash machine with dirty plates,cutlery pans etc, stacking the clean plates, taking plates out to the kitchen for the chefs, polishing cutlery, helping the chefs by doing food prep, stock rotation in the walk-in fridges, applying day dots to food in the walk-in fridges, cleaning down at the end of the night.
