Working with the Argus Group, I served as a local host for the Cyclones Hospitality Suite in the team hotel.

I used promotional items from the street teams and city guides to make the space a welcoming environment. In addition to greeting guests, I helped them naviagate the city and offered suggestions for dining and activities.
