Manage day-to-day operations and prioritize work for four facilities day porters while maintaining satisfaction among client base
Liaise and Supervise weekly in-house moves with Telecom, IS&T & Production Technology teams and schedule any third party vendors required
Serve as a concierge liaison for all travelling Viacom executives visiting the Santa Monica office ensuring a comfortable work environment including Presidents, EVP’s, SVP’s, & Directors
Manage construction projects; scheduling contractors including electricians, carpeting vendors, painters, etc.
Organize and execute campus wide special events for up to 1200 people by organizing and coordinating with all vendors specific to each event; including, catering, disc jockeys, party rentals, etc.
Integral part of new hire onboarding orientation – providing departmental/company information and initiatives
Contribute to marketing and public relation efforts for new shows, department policies/events, corporate initiatives, and property management in conjunction with Brand/Consumer Marketing Departments
Oversee Facilities Help Desk, ensuring timely service and overall customer service levels are met, along with tracking all incoming requests rendering high customer satisfaction
Work directly with Financial Team preparing purchase order requests, fulfilling supply orders, invoicing, coding,auditing, record keeping, and documentation, ensuring all operational related expenses are reconciled in SAP system along with T&E expense reimbursements
Manage all ergonomic requests and assessments working close with Human Resources for solutions and equipment upgrades
Assists with all emergency responses and building evacuations as a member of the Fire Life Safety team
Appointing and training efficiency of all campus Safety and Wellness Programs
