JOB DESCRIPTION as IT Support :
1. Monitors, maintains and manages the computer system, network and infrastructure and telecommunication systems
2. Responsible in ensuring that all servers are up and running
3. Troubleshoots system and network problems, diagnoses and solves hardware/software faults
4. Assists Sales team to understand prospect client's IT requirement and provides recommendation or solution, and similarly to existing clients
5. Improving IT Service revenue
6. Ensure infrastructure and IT Facilities for new clients are prepared ahead of check-in time and release upon check-out
7. Handle helpdesk request (internal users & external clients) & set up IT equipment & devices. Provide technical support to clients on technical issues such as email, phone system, prepare meeting video conference, etc.
8. Purchase, records and maintenance of company IT assets and check invoice for IT
