• Assist customers with understanding accounts, bill inquiries, new service orders, transfers, disconnects, various service and trouble orders
• Determine and initiate orders, take ownership, and follow up as needed as well as anticipate customer needs and expectations
• Obtain details and handle requests in a timely, professional manner to ensure first call resolution. Add value and take advantage of opportunities by recommending products and services when appropriate
• Ability to work in a team environment by building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members
