Responsible for planning, developing and implementing a national leadership programme to empower young leaders as agents of change, supporting them in the achievement of their career aspirations.
The program was composed by four modules: Residential training (one month), Community work (two months), Internship abroad (3 months) and Mentoring (3 months). The participants had the chance to work with a coach and took part in the International Conferences of Initiatives of Change in Caux, Switzerland in 2008.
Change goes beyond the development of strategies and skills. It requires an integral development and a high level of ethics in order to incorporate the type of leadership that can transform society.
This was an intellectual, ethical and human journey. We wanted participants to be inspired, to reflect, to develop and to become true agents of change.
