My overall responsibilities include successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects with the IT industry. I have a combination of skills including the ability to ask the tough questions, clear and effective communication with clients and vendors, and the ability resolve conflicts, as well as performing risk analysis and avoidance. I am responsible for making decisions both large and small, in such a way that risk is controlled and uncertainty minimized with the direction, discretion, and influence of the stakeholders and customers on the projects being managed. Every decision made is taken in such a way that it directly benefits the project.
