- Makes organizational implementation recommendations to improve communication across departments and entire organization.
-Develops Management Training for emerging leaders.
- Implemented Power BI to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for OD implementation.
- Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills; and works collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs).
-Utilizes the ADDIE model to develop engaging learning solutions
-Manages development initiatives and communicates effectively with training leadership as well as project stakeholders.
- Designs all aspects of the development project from concept to assessment and course evaluation.
- Performs periodic maintenance on existing curricula and user documentation.
- Adheres to criteria on formatting, while recommending improvements that increase the efficacy of training programs.
