Telemedicine Clinic (TMC) is Europe’s leading provider for remote radiology services. Our team of more than 165 highly specialized radiologists interprets millions of digital images for hospitals in Scandinavia, United Kingdom, Spain and Germany every year. TMC pioneered the teleradiology industry in Europe when it was founded in 2002.

My mission

as a Senior Recruiter is to attract the best available talent to TMC and assure that this talent comes on board when we need them. As a part of the People & Values team I make sure to coordinate a well-functioning full lifecycle recruiting process that receives the highest ratings from candidates and internal hiring managers. I am creating a sufficiently large pipeline of qualified and interested radiologists and non-medical staff to fulfil the capacity needs of the departments at any given time.

My day to day mission:
Innovative and resourceful sourcing and headhunting of international medical staff such as Radiologists (Neuro, Body, Musculoskeletal) and international non-medical positions such as Human Resources (People&Values), IT, Operations, Executive Management etc
Helping to grow TMC´s international network of highly qualified and committed specialists
Collaborating with the wider TMC Team to organize assessments of recruitment visits
Full lifecycle recruitment
Identifying and attracting high quality passive candidates - Market mapping
Sourcing and Advertising
Working closely with hiring managers and head of medical sections and identify their hiring needs
Stakeholder management: close collaboration with medical directors and hiring managers
Ensuring to hire the best talent aligned with our core competences
Organizing medical events, internal events and congresses
Creating Awareness- Social Media Platforms - Employer Branding
Designing, Planning and Nomination Employee Value Award
Implementing interviewing training and mentoring
International project planning medical conferences and events
