As the organization’s Director of Business Development my responsibilities will vary as the needs arise. These responsibilities include, but are most definitely not limited to:

Identify revenue opportunities with new and existing clients in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina and work alongside the COO and CEO in executing these opportunities.
Reach out to MSOs and Health Plans to present these organizations with our program and services.
Provide existing clients with patient feedback (healing rates, # of wounds treated, etc.)
Identify any potential threats (competitors, compliance, service, etc.) and address these immediately.
Create an online presence for the organization through all appropriate outlets.
Create and manage and marketing program.
Create, execute and manage advertising and marketing campaigns.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Office Manager

OrthoNOW is an Orthopeadic Urgent Care Center located in Doral, Florida. We are the only urgent care center of our kind, in South Florida, in that we only specialize in orthopeadic related conditions. At our facility we provide an all inclusive service to all our patients from onsite MRIs, digital xrays, onsite orthopeadic subspecialists and physical therapy.

Responsibilities include but are limited to:

Practice Consultant/Account Manager

Account Manager
 Account Manager servicing the Tri-county area
 Specialties include: Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Infectious Diseases and Outpatient Surgery
 Client size ranging from traditional 1 doctor practice to multi-practitioner groups.
 Oversee billing, collections and payment posting operations for 13-17 medical practices.
 Responsibilities include:

 Analyze the financial health of the practice
 Ensure clients maximize the Avisena service
 Perform weekly and monthly standard analysis of the clients’ operations
 Meet with clients to review the health of the practice
 Identify payors issues and take the necessary steps to resolve the root cause and prevent from happening in the future.
 Proactively analyze potential potholes within each practice that could result in revenue leakage.
 Analyze denials on a monthly basis to identify the root cause and how these can be avoided.

Client Service Advocate:
 Liaison between the client practice and Avisena
 Manage implementation process for the clients
 Handle communication of issues, inquiries, training and overall support
 Maintain and nurture the client relationship through proactive and consistent communication

Internal Coordinator:
 Coordinate and track efforts on behalf of the client within Avisena
 Provide weekly status updates to Avisena through management of key performance indicators

Compliance Advocate:
 Ensure compliance with governmental and/or commercial payer guidelines
 Ensure that all clients are being compliant with all Avisena operational processes
 Exercise corrective action with clients that are not compliant
 Consult Physicians and office managers on Best Practices
 Ensure all coding and billing guidelines are being adhered to in order to reduce the possibility of any audits from commercial or government payors.

Billing/Customer Service Manager

 Report directly to company owner and operator
 Reconcile monthly invoice of 3800+ accounts with incremental increase of a minimum 150 new accounts on a monthly basis
 Verify that correct payments have been received in accordance to policy type
 Make collection calls on all accounts of which payments have failed for monthly recurring billing
 Confirm that recurring billing account has been correctly set up for future payments (correct amount and due date)
 Track and recoup any missed payments due to customer service department oversight. Number of supervised employees 3
 Assist with the most sensitive cases, where close customer service attention is necessary.
