Conducted and led internal digital marketing campaigns with HubSpot, Google AdWords, AdRoll and Facebook Ads to increase number of marketing-qualified leads and improve conversion rates. This includes building landing pages with HTML & CSS, creating email marketing automation campaigns, and executing ad campaigns.

Conducted pre-sales engagements to qualify SME leads primarily in the area of eCommerce, cloud accounting software, and ERP project implementation, including scoping the scale of the project and understanding the prospect's requirements.

Implemented end-to-end solutions for clients in areas of website development (Wordpress), eCommerce (Shopify & WooCommerce), POS solutions (Shopify POS & Vend POS), cloud accounting solutions (Xero), as well as integration of other cloud applications such as TradeGecko and Dear Inventory. This includes implementation of other functionalities such as subscription boxes, date picker (using jQuery), and payment gateways. Provided after-sales support for clients after project has gone-live.

Implemented managed-services digital marketing campaigns for eCommerce clients to increase traffic to website, improve conversion rates and boost sales. This includes SEO campaigns, running ads on social media (Facebook/Instagram), Google AdWords (Display and Search), and AdRoll (Retargeting).

Conducted ERP consultancy projects - interview key stakeholders, draft ERP user requirements, and request for proposal (RFP) from vendors and solution providers; provided breakeven analysis and relevant financial analysis for project implementation.

Created proof-of-concept (POC) demo using Alpha7’s proprietary business analytics tool, IoB, for an Australian mid-sized enterprise ($500m in annual revenue). This included taking data from multiple SaaS applications and presenting it in graphical methods.
