In this role (a contract position and was retained for further employment), I provided strategic support to the Regional VP of Saks Canada, senior executive team as well as the 15 store managers, with all aspects of office administration. Primarily, I managed VP’s complex travel arrangements, organized personal and professional calendars, correspondence and financial reports. Served as a professional representative to high-value clients, industry professionals and top-level executives.
I was also entrusted with coordinating multiple decision-making projects:
► Played an instrumental role in managing escalated customer issues by investigating, addressing client concerns and rapidly resolving conflicts to prevent loss of key accounts.
► Leading new hires' orientation in customer service, company policies and procedures and employee benefits. Redesigned PowerPoint slideshows to outline company’s updated policies.
► Successfully planned employee functions for group of 500+ and kept costs under budget by negotiating with vendors.
