Primary consultant and liaison to each business unit; accountable for ensuring D&I solutions are adding value to the business; analyze trends and metrics to develop effective solutions and programs that embed D&I into the business unit culture, drive business growth and employee engagement.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the company’s first Diversity and Inclusion Council, Diversity Executive Steering Committee, Organizational Culture Audit, Employee Resource Groups, Diverse Summer Internship Program, Veterans Recruiting and Retention Initiative.
Responsible for the development of the external D&I strategy by fostering key partnerships and engagement opportunities with business unit leaders.
Winner of the 2015 & 2016 Technology Association of Georgia's Business Champion of Diversity Excellence Award.
