Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer
April 2011 — Present
I currently have a vast array of responsibilities as an executive assistant. I prepare and process all paperwork for client meetings. A majority of this paperwork is created using an electronic entry system. I also assist in the management of customers' account information using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Part of preparing for appointments is scheduling them via email, or more often phone calls. Handling income and outgoing phone calls from clients and wholesalers is a big part of my job. This has helped me build trusting relationships and maintain a great level of customer retention. Working on several different cases at a time has helped me to develop detailed organizational methods. Each project that I work on is unique and has multiple moving parts. I need to be able to prioritize important tasks and be able to follow up and close the loop was a task is complete.
I have also served as a personal assistant while working with this company. I have been assigned tasks that relate to my employer's hobbies and interests (acquiring event tickets, scheduling dinners and networking opportunities, etc). I also have taken on the responsibility of arranging travel logistic for both business and leisure purposes.
