•Develop and facilitate natural science education and recreation programs designed to teach the importance of water and land stewardship and preserving the natural ecology of the Colorado River for hundreds of adults and children each year.
•Lead School Programs Coordinator communicating, scheduling and completing contracts with private and public school teachers for all education day trip programs to McKinney Roughs.
•Directed all Summer Camp operations for McKinney Roughs Summer Camp for last five years. Responsibilities include: marketing, registration setup, budgeting, purchasing, hiring, training and providing direct supervision of fifteen seasonal staff and as many as 600 campers.
•Created content for park marketing collateral, advertising and online promotions and coordinate efforts with marketing assistant. Direct communication strategy for Summer Camp marketing.
•Lead facilitator for recreation programs such as rafting, kayaking and challenge course lows and high elements.
•Coordinated all education programs for Hyatt Lost Pines guests including training and supervising education program staff for three years, serving as a liaison with Hyatt management and staff and ensuring fulfillment of service contract for recreation and education programs.
•For seven years, led a company-wide team to produce LCRA's Earth Day Festival for the public. Responsibilities included managing budget, purchasing, contracting food and entertainment vendors, recruiting volunteers and exhibitors and leading committee of festival partners.
•Initiated and successfully managed implementation of online platform to manage summer camp and community program registration resulting in an estimated savings of $15K/year.
