Center for Communication
March 2015 — Present
The Center for Communication connects media and communications students with leading professionals in order to enhance students' education, better prepare them for careers in these fields, and provide them with a deeper understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape. The Center serves over 4,500 students each year with more than 40 programs—panels, screenings, on-location seminars—that bring students face-to-face with some of the leading minds in media for invaluable insight, practical advice, and vital inspiration. The Center was founded in 1980 by the late Dr. Frank Stanton, longtime president of CBS.
I am applying my expertise to help the Center increase its base of support, develop programming that enhances the Center's mission and attracts funding, and build a larger, even more engaged board.
