Parthenon is a boutique strategy consulting firm providing advisory services to Corporate, Private Equity and Education clients. Typical engagements range from 2-week private equity due-diligences to 3-6 month growth strategy projects.
As a case team leader, I am directly responsible for all aspects of consulting projects including project scoping, day-to-day team management and final presentation of recommendations to senior client executives.
Specific skills include: management of 3-8 person teams, collaboration with cross-functional client teams, consumer research and customer segmentation, market sizing and forecasting, financial statement evaluation and modeling, multivariate regressions, retail full unit potential and site selection analysis, and opportunity evaluation scorecard creation
In my time at Parthenon since business school, I have worked on 20+ due diligences and 5 corporate strategy cases with a focus on the Consumer and Retail sectors for companies ranging from $25M - $3B in revenue.
