I provide excellent customer service while working in a fast pace environment. I multi-task and maintain accuracy while handling money and can complete multiple objectives simultaneously. During my experience I also acquired the professional skill needed to diffuse a situation involving an angry or unsatisfied customer. I was later promoted to the, "Team Trainer" position. While working this position, I trained the newly hired employees and taught them how to multi-task. I passed on my knowledge that customer satisfaction is always the first priority.
