Integrated Communication and Corporate Reputation

I work in the Integrated Communication function that manages the assessment of the yearly activities of the different business functions at a global level, with the aim of ensuring the overall coherence of communication initiatives.
We support the different business units in the identification of communication needs, objectives and stakeholders to reach of the various activities in order to build communication actions and design an editorial plan, building offline and online activation plans.
I manage in particularly the implementation of the worldwide Sustainability Communication plan, giving the countries the guidelines on how to communicate Sustainability at the local level. I also manage Corporate Reputation issues consisting in the measurement of the company's Reputation in the key markets in order to understand which contents to leverage towards the main targets.
Since March, I also manage creative development contents regarding Advertising campaigns of the Brand.
I am in charge of media planning on the Italian headlines.
