Performed a Business Analyst and Operational Engineer Role through Process improvements, Integration Services, Domino and Web Development, and ever expanding Business Knowledge. From creating efficiencies in the processing of paper applications to building an Underwriting, Quoting, and Case Management System in record time and well under budget; I ran the gamut of projects and roles.
Main duties included creating Documentation for Developers such as Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, Users Stories, and Functional Requirements Documents. Worked with the Business to understand the needs and wants and translate those over to system requirements while also taking an opportunity to understand the work processes, document those, and work towards a better future flow.
