- I work as an integral part of the sales team, owning the technical portion of the sale
- Making presentations and demonstrations, as needed, on all aspects of the Emarsys Solutions.
- Responsible for the development of the technical sales strategy
- Definition of customer requirements – translating function requirements into technical requirements and visa versa
- Develop and propose technical solutions
I am the bridge between the Sales, Client services, Technical and Development team.
I work both as a Pre-sales and Post-sales consultant, looking after the complete life cycle.
Part of this role also entails educating both clients and colleagues in marketing best practice and analysing customer data to optimise their strategy through various different communication channels.
