- I work as an integral part of the sales team, owning the technical portion of the sale
- Making presentations and demonstrations, as needed, on all aspects of the Emarsys Solutions.
- Responsible for the development of the technical sales strategy
- Definition of customer requirements – translating function requirements into technical requirements and visa versa
- Develop and propose technical solutions

I am the bridge between the Sales, Client services, Technical and Development team.
I work both as a Pre-sales and Post-sales consultant, looking after the complete life cycle.
Part of this role also entails educating both clients and colleagues in marketing best practice and analysing customer data to optimise their strategy through various different communication channels.

Strategic consulting for prospective and existing customers in Turkey related with emarsys
Business Intelligence Software "Smart Insight" (RFM, data model, analysis views, lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve ROI, etc.)

Supporting our sales and client services teams in pricing and the development of individual
solutions

Knowledge-sharing with other departments through training, workshops and maintenance of the internal knowledge base

Vendor Self Service: Project coded with C#. Aim of this project is creating an online system for the suppliers. Suppliers can book or confirm a delivery by themselves rather than calling.

Email Marketing: Managing the Lists for the customers. Every week JJ's sending emails to more than 15 000 customers.
