QLD Franchisee Trainer, Learning & Development Team

-Facilitate best in practice training to Franchisees and other workshop participants, including both classroom and on the job training;
-Review training materials and activities, providing feedback to stakeholders to ensure engaging, interactive learning;
-Understand complex cause and effect relationships and link concepts to practice;
-Use these skills to ensure trainees attain competency in the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exemplary Customer Service to maximize sales and profitability in their store;
-Facilitate regional and market-level education events for field operations, store operators, and franchisees to support training initiatives;
-Manage difficult discussions with participants to identify and course-correct potentially negative behaviors;
-Lead in-store roll out of new products & initiatives to ensure Stakeholders have the knowledge and information to support a successful rollout;
-Support Franchisees and other participants to ensure the learning environment is suited to adult learning and reflects adult learning practices;
-Support new and existing Franchisees in their Learning & Development needs;
-Maintain, distribute and order training materials to ensure materials are available when needed;
-Perform administrative duties as well as scheduling and tracking training progress of participants;
-Where required, travel interstate to conduct training, assessment and observation.
