Developed the “Prospective Approach” as an integrant part of the Firmenich marketing approach. Developed and launched with our Perfumery division the TRENZ® tool and its website as well as the Sensorium™ and the Itinerium™ which are extremely differentiating prospective tools. Through intense training and convincing, these tools are now used by Firmenich marketing teams globally.

We stopped the decline and even gained 2% volume for the 1st time in 5 years by understanding the consumers and repositioning the traditional evaporated milk brand as a convenience product and through modern promotional and communication activities.

Developed and launched the Chamyto probiotic beverage which ahead of target gained 17% market share only second to Yakult the generic product for the category

As an MBT, I had the opportunity to work on several initiative at Nestlé's HQ in Vevey and in filials in Europe. One of these projects was a 3-weeks study on site at the Baasrode (Belgium) yoghurt factory to rationalize production taking into account a French factory.
