Executive Assistant to European Head of Energy & Co Head of MIRA Europe

Reporting to Senior Managing Director responsible for Energy, Renewables and Consumer Infrastructure
- Designed, organized and delivered global events such as the MIRA Annual Partnership Meeting
(2016 & 2017), an event for the 100+ investors in MIRA’s flagship MEIF funds (over $15bn of equity
invested). Worked closely with the MIRA Investor Services Group to develop strategic messages
and ensure full coordination and efficient delivery of the various aspects of the event
- Coordination of several equity day presentations for consortiums (including attendance from
Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds) involved in large global investment opportunities
- Coordinated global events and roadshows for Macquarie MIRA Executive Directors
- Main coordination role for MIRA in Project Luna (sale of NCP to Park24 and the Development Bank
of Japan)
- Investor Relations coordinator for the Macquarie Power Fund (Calon Energy) including establishing
and maintaining investor relationships, managing and responding to all inbound enquires,
coordinating meetings by arranging travel and developing and collating packs for Board meetings
- Key member of the Energy, Renewables and Consumer Infrastructure team within MIRA, working
collaboratively and establishing/maintaining key relationships with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and communications
- Handling inbound investor enquiries, including understanding the needs and expectations to
ensure such enquiries are handled accordingly
- Day to day project management, including key project activities, determining business & project
resource requirements and critical path issues and budget management.
- All organization of interaction between the Executive Directors and internal and external
stakeholders
