• Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs to deliver value to the business
• Source and evaluate talent through recruitment best practices
• Provide decision support to hiring managers within collective agreements and hiring processes
• Maintain relationships with external candidate pool
• Support campus recruitment and development student programs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and resources
