Linné University

BA Creative writing and literature, Creative writing

Creative writing came to me as a late night hobby and grew into a major force of passion and life for me. I began studying creative writing part-time and online in 2009. I dove in as a gift to myself, hoping to find clarity and relaxation through the practice of writing. The more I studied, the more I discovered passion for the craft. Now, six years later, I have written my BA thesis and am halfway to completion of an MA in Creative Writing. I have published both fiction and non-fiction texts and have co-written several award winning plays. This life-changing late-night hobby turned successful career path is one of my proudest achievements.

The Danish National School for Performing Arts

Art Diploma (4 years full-time studies), Choreography

My biggest takeaway from my time at the Danish School for Performing Arts is a firm belief that self discipline, endurance, and hard work are more important than pure talent on its own. The challenges I faced in pursuit of this degree shaped my work ethic and artistic spirit in ways that are innumerable.

Institut Catholique

French language and culture, French level IV

I spent a year at Institute Catholique in Paris, a year filled with irreplaceable learning experiences. I gained insight in French literature, language and art and also learned a great deal about relations, communication, history, and culture. The year I spent in Paris undoubtedly continues to shape my impressions as an individual and as an artist.

To keep moving, to keep changing, and to keep working with people and causes that inspire movement and change.

I excel at initiating, developing, and executing new creative endeavors on an international scale. I have developed strategies for emerging artists, taught workshops on creative thought processes and expression, written fiction and dramatic pieces, and raised funds for art projects.

Internship with Pina Bausch

My internship with the Wuppertal Tanz Teater was a really generous experience

I am particularly inspired by the collaborative energy of group efforts.
