Develop and teach a Job Readiness Training course to new clients to help prepare them for entering or reentering the workforce.
Help clients create resumes, cover letters, conduct job searches, and refer them to job fairs.
Provide assistance for license applications, renewals, transportation, interview needs, and more.
Maintain a case load of clients, tracking their progress 30, 60, 90, 180 days, and 1 year after gaining employment per company's and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) requirements.
Conduct job development and outreach to local organizations, creating relationships to help clients reach employment.
Refer clients to other resources within the community to assist them on their way to self-sufficiency.
