Managed an organization of 130 DJs and a 12 person executive board. Introduced the position of Station Manager and Technical Director, as well as an Event and Station staff.
Lobbied for an increase of WVAU's operating budget and was successfully able to raise our yearly budget to nearly twice its original amount. Managed a budget of $35k for the 2012-2013 academic year.
Booked, promoted and stage managed six concerts as part of a free concert series including Deerhunter, Dan Deacon, Fang Island and Eternal Summers. Organized the first D.C. College Radio combined event with three other student-run stations.
Lead a brand re-design, re-model of the broadcasting studio, an update to the WVAU webcasting licence with Soundexchange, new pop-up show series, specialty legacy programing and the set up of a new production studio.
Wrote and produced pieces for the All Songs Blog including the First Watch and Song Premiere series and wrote copy for the weekly All Songs Considered show.
Managed an editorial calendar for the All Songs Blog and updated the All Songs Twitter and Facebook pages.
Contributed to the Albums Everyone Can Agree On and Favorite Songs of 2012 So Far series and assisted in the production of the Tiny Desk series.
Managed a staff of six assistants and three genre directors to write weekly album reviews, they produced over 300 reviews after four months in the position.
Maintained weekly contact with promotional companies and distributed weekly charts of airplay to the College Music Journal and other promotional contacts.
Marketing and promotion for the new media distribution company including the award-wining D.C. web-series, Orange Juice in Bishops Garden (OJBG.)

Compiled and interpreted web analytics, maintained the university’s social media accounts and created an American University social media directory.
