Organize and facilitate student and faculty HAVEN trainings on how to empathically respond to a disclosure of sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking and connect survivors to resources. Collect and analyze HAVEN process and outcome evaluation data to inform training curriculum and scale up plans. Collaborate with UNC Women’s center, Student Health, and Dean of Students office to scale up HAVEN training to effectively reach more students and faculty.

Monitoring and Evaluation Intern

Created a monitoring and evaluation training curriculum and materials to train community based organizations that work on trafficking issues in Ghana and Nepal. Assessed logic models and other evaluation materials of four partner community organizations in India to determine needs for a monitoring and evaluation training. Collaborated with Free the Slaves evaluation and international programs teams to develop a monitoring and evaluation plan for a child’s rights in mining project in Ghana.
