Research Assistant for DSG’s cooperative agreement with OJJDP, the Web-based Model Programs Guide (MPG), which contains program assessments on more than 200 programs that meet specific methodological criteria and adhere to a strong theoretical base. Programs are categorized on the basis of 11-point methodological criteria. Researches and reviews literature for inclusion in the program directory and writes program descriptions for the online database.
Research Assistant for DSG’s cooperative agreement with OJP’s Evidence Assessment of Justice Programs and Practices project CrimesSolutions.gov which supports the Assistant Attorney General’s Evidence Integration Initiative (E2I). The project involves reviewing the evaluation literature of current programs and practices in the fields of criminal justice, juvenile justice, and crime victimization and assessing the quality and effectiveness of the programs to find evidence-based models for replication.
