At The Daily Gamecock I manage the social media and online presence for two local clients in the restaurant and professional advising areas. Though the position requires extensive knowledge of social media, it also requires skills in marketing, public relations, account management, client relations, organization, and time management. I use Google Docs to share my social media strategy with clients and my management, then use social media scheduling programs to track the success of each tweet as well as the overarching marketing strategies I implement.
