University of Miami
Bachelor of Arts , International Studies/ Minors in Business Law + Journalism
Growing up, I always valued the importance of education and was an eager learner. But, I always viewed education through an imaginative lens and considered creativity the essence of every pursuit. When I chose my major and minors in university, I did so because I thought it would be the appropriate mixture of my love for world affairs and writing all in preparation for law school. But, my major in International Affairs completely disrupted and shifted my understanding of the world. The classes taught me about humanity, the value of communication and the power of individual ambition, as well as collective unity. I engage in many interests from blogging about emotional intelligence, to creative writing, to tech start-ups/legal policy, because I find all elements necessary to how I understand my skill set. The most important lesson I learned in college was that whatever endeavor I pursue, I plan on building a unique career path with the intention of bettering society and empowering others.
