The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

Sales Coordinator

In my current position as Sales Coordinator at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa, I have become familiar with the low country

lead, qualifying the lead and assigning it to the correct sales manager, I am able to see how the managers decide which business to take. In
addition, I have great experience with contracts as I process each contract that comes through to ensure its precision.

Gonzaga University

Bachelor of Arts, Public Relations; Journalism; Dance

I left for college as a Business Marketing major. During orientation I took a look at my schedule for the first time and had a slight panic attack- it was all math. I met with my adviser and within 10 minutes of talking to her, I had switched to Public Relations. She made me realize that while both professions had the same outcome, I was much more interested in the personal side than the analytical side.
That decision shaped my college years and my career goals. I want to be around people all the time and really make people care about something.

The Yellowstone Club

Events Assistant

Here, I really started to hone my event production skills. In addition to making each event member-ready for our high end private resort, I was a key player in the coordination of each event from setting up initial
