The overarching purpose of this role is to develop a pipeline of talent for future leadership roles within Emerson through managing a leadership development program. In order to achieve this goal, I am responsible for understanding our company’s vision to ensure that this program aligns with Emerson’s business objectives. I utilize change leadership strategies to create solutions which drive organizational effectiveness.

• Drive initiatives to build sustainable program processes
I am responsible for driving Emerson's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Over the past year I have helped build an Unconscious Bias training program that we have recently rolled out to the organization. I am actively involved in the Women in STEM group at Emerson; I currently serve on the Steering Committee and Council for this group. I also manage the Corporate Partnership between Emerson and the Society of Women Engineers.
