I work directly under the Principal Designer and assist in all facets of the design process, from concept services to completion of installation. During a project, I lead a team that is responsible for over 20 areas of specialty, and manage the utilization of budgets ranging from $30,000 to $300,000.
All projects involve a variety of areas, all of which I oversee, including, but not limited to: purchase orders, special item orders, storage, budgeting, installation, and employee supervision.
I am also in charge of overseeing branding and marketing, including creating and implementing the company's website design. I have creative control over public image for the company, foster professional relationships with clients and vendors alike, and ensure that we as a company are staying ahead of both current trends and client needs.
