•Processing PDP’s in a timely and efficient manner.
•Reviewing quality of performance development plans.
•Providing recommended action to address deficiencies in PDP completion and submission performance.
•Liaise with senior staff to address policy issues.
•Reviewing submitted PDP’s to assess financial implications (bonuses and incremental progressions).
•Supporting the facilitation of the PDP training program roll out.
Contribute to the curriculum development for customized team building workshops.

Providing general administrative and expert support, advice on an as need basis.
