I advise local and international clients on general commercial legal issues, privacy and data protection issues, service contracts, and shareholders' agreements. I have researched and prepared presentations on cloud computing, electronic signatures, and privacy concerns in relation to the collection of data to audiences of lawyers in Auckland and Wellington.

Summer Intern

Researched and wrote memorandum for policy analysts, prepared and delivered presentation on political ideologies to other staff members and tracked and followed pieces of legislation going through Parliament. Logistically was involved in setting up for Maxim’s public forum at Parachute Festival 2009, seminars with international policy directors, and liaising with attendees at the week-long Compass Conference in January.
