- Securing fundamental routines for staff planning in a district – representing 19 stores and 400 employees.
- Working as a business partner to the store teams to secure coaching & leadership. This ensures long term sustainable results.
-Established quarterly actionable goals to ensure district has a clear plan of where we are headed as an organization. Partnering with District Sales & District Team Members to work more strategically to drive results
- Ensuring focus on NEXT ME talent through launch of Succession Planning.
- Recruiting of top talent for District & High Volume stores through the use of active networking
-Development of District level talent, ensuring continued success of top performing district in the Country
