- Securing fundamental routines for staff planning in a district – representing 19 stores and 400 employees.
- Working as a business partner to the store teams to secure coaching & leadership. This ensures long term sustainable results.
-Established quarterly actionable goals to ensure district has a clear plan of where we are headed as an organization. Partnering with District Sales & District Team Members to work more strategically to drive results
- Ensuring focus on NEXT ME talent through launch of Succession Planning.
- Recruiting of top talent for District & High Volume stores through the use of active networking
-Development of District level talent, ensuring continued success of top performing district in the Country

District Security Manager

Ensuring Loss Prevention/Security/Audit routines are being implemented and properly followed in the stores.
•Perform Company audits to ensure stores are following Company policies and procedures
•Responsible for creating an auditing schedule
•Communicate results/issues to the Store Procedure and Audit Manager
•Inform and train stores on new Company policies and procedures
•Follow up with audit results and create and works with plans of action
•Work with District Teams to maintain updated policies/procedures
•Follow up on cash differences and routine issues (transfers/price changes, etc.)
•Assist with planning, training and implementation of special projects (Routines Training, Store openings, Inventory, IT projects, etc.)
•Follow up with the stores when it comes to security and loss prevention routines
•Actively works with reducing shrinkage in the stores
•Conduct Security investigations when necessary
•Plan and participate in the security measures for new store openings, designer launches, etc.
-Vendor Relations, Alarm, CCTV, Locksmiths, Security, etc.

Financial Accountability: Responsible for creating, controlling and managing a budget in conjunction with District Manager and Country LP Manager. Span of control of 18 stores.
