I am drawn to problem solving, specially with team work. Always the first to step up to a challenge, you will always find me in the everyday battle front.
I've lead the production team in charge of new software implementation that came along with the firm sale. We are changing the minds in many sectors, and giving every department the tools to enhance their performance; furthermore the logistic department, of which I am a proud member, which is the brain of production, gathers and delivers accurate information both in and outside.
I got there as an intern, and got there to stay. When I arrived I new nothing about work, or industry, and got the chance to work where the magic happens. Everyone in the company, close or far, was willing to teach me, and I learned, of leather and life. That gave the strength to coordinate production software implementation projects, and uncountable everyday challenges.

Yes blood, like when you forget to take long sleeves for welding class, PPE importance is part of work ethics as well. The greatest lesson learned? Hard work and honest team work will get to to your destination.
