To be the “face of HR” serving as the primary HR liaison to employees to assure a homogeneous people experience within the assigned areas and countries.

In charge of the implementation project of a new payroll system through ADP for 5 different entities in US and Puerto Rico.
Payroll processing through ADP for almost 300 employees based in different locations in the US and Puerto Rico. Conducting 401K audits and assuring employees correct contributions to the Plan. Creating and maintaining the ADP company Portal.
