-Assists database manager of strategic information systems in managing 14 databases and
maintenance tasks such as data normalization, data refreshes and managing user access.
-Performs data migration of SPARCS data through SQL Loader and Oracle Data Pump
-Conducts internal data audits.
-Perform tests on database performance and tuning.
-Responsible for yearly creation of Service Line Metric reports.
-Assists database manager in generating Physician Overview Reports (PORs) and Health
Volume Reports (HVRs).
-Maintains Strategic Planning reports on the health system intranet.
-Install database software and system software as needed.
-Creates ad-hoc reports upon request.
-Creates maps of physician practices and other healthcare facilities within and outside the

-Collaborated with third party vendor in building a document management system to
transition paper to electronic documents and tracking for CON (Certificate of Need)
team.
